Coryanne, can you tell us about your professional background?

I started my professional career as a part-time intern at PANALPINA SA in Luxembourg. At the time, I was looking for an opportunity in human resources without knowing in which branch I would make my nest. Then, once I had my degree, I went into temporary work, where I learned the basics of recruitment. In March 2019, my career took a turn in the IT recruitment sector. I had the chance to work in two different ESNs in 4 years.

What are your missions at EBM Consulting?

I’m in charge of IT recruitment for both external consultants and permanent in-house consultants for our clients. These missions include needs analysis, sourcing, phone/physical interviews and candidate follow-up until their arrival.

What aspects of your job as a recruiter do you enjoy the most?

What I like about this job is the diversity of human contacts.

Although we often look for the same profiles, the people behind the screen are all different. Each candidate brings his or her own experience and personality. It’s always nice to spend half an hour online with a motivated person who can explain their job to you.

For you, what are the values of EBMC?

I would say proximity, caring and listening.

What profiles are you most often looking for in IT?

I’m often looking for developers in JAVA, .NET, Python or Network Engineers.
